They also ensure the courts receive documentation of arrests made along with the bonds. The Warrants Clerk receives subpoenas to be served on individuals due in court and disburses to deputies to get served throughout the county. This position arranges trips to other agencies to pick up individuals wanted by our agency as well as returning individuals brought to Russell County to be processed on charges for our County.
